-The Help-
The Help (2011) is the story of African-American domestic helpers half a century ago. From banning to use the house toilet, to receiving unjust treatment from the authorities, this movie depicted the “untold” everyday lives of these marginalized people. It is heart-warming and undoubtedly a tearjerker, thanks to the perfect portrayal of the actors and the brilliant script.
And for the less serious take, Emma Stone is uber adork-able in this one.C:..This restored my faith in humanity-and Hollywood Films.Cheers!
